what we have done recently?

One of our clients is a Japanese Corporation who is seeking emerging technologies to create new product lines.

•  We find companies and tell them what they do and the value of collaboration
•  We introduce them to the company and negotiate for them
•  We are reaching out to university researchers in cutting edge technologies.

We seldom seek government work. Governments sometimes seek us out.

In 2007, we ran a project to help 10 nanotechnology companies outside the USA to grow by better focusing their resources to generate near term revenue, collaborate with US Fortune 100s, and or seek financing.  

We performed due diligence for a large corporation on a start-up and found that they had filed for bankruptcy; we valued their assets, both tangible and intangible.

In the recent past, we have helped major global corporations:

•  Assess business opportunities in coatings and filtration
•  Benchmark their fuel cell technology and strategize product development and partnerships
•  Assess barrier film technology and players
•  Evaluate alternate energy devices business growth, supply chain and new business potential.
•  Assessed prospects in “water” and recommended technology/business acquisitions.
